The well-being and health of our employees is a constant concern. We create safe working conditions, so that they feel motivated for better team performance. Our principles are:

  • Safety and health - Everyone's responsibility, including the employee himself;

  • Every accident can and should be avoided - In case of an unavoidable accident, we present preventive measures, developed by the company and followed by all employees;

 

Nothing justifies an accident that can be avoided!

Environment

 

FyberMAN understands that it must assume the qualitative growth of the company, making it more equitable and less intensive in the use of raw materials and energy, which allows introducing technological solutions to help and innovate in the company's growth process.

We have a Solid Waste Disposal Partnership Program, where the main objective is the reduction of waste generation and the practice of optimal disposal.
